Riverina Readers Festival — Opening Doorways Through Story

I was honoured to be part of the 2025 Riverina Readers Festival, joining a rich and generous program that celebrated the power of words to move us, meet us and connect us.

It was a joy to explore how stories can act as doorways — not just to imagination, but to insight, healing, and shared humanity. This is the heart of bibliotherapy: reading not simply for answers, but for meaning; not just for knowledge, but for care.

Thank you to the remarkable festival team who created such a thoughtful and welcoming space. It was a joy to share this work with so many curious and open-hearted readers.

If you’re planning ahead, this is a festival to place firmly on your 2026 calendar!
